Do order have tracking?Unfortunately, we are unable to offer tracking for individual shipments at the moment.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), prepaid credit cards, and many debit cards that can be processed as credit.
What are my shipping options and how much are they?All Shopify orders are shipped Priority Airmail. Larger bulk orders to stockists will be sent via FedEx.
Do you offer subscriptions?Not at this time.
Can I carry Romance Journal in my retail or online shop?Yes! To inquire about stocking and/or distribution of the magazine, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?All items sold in the shop are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
How frequently is the magazine published? Romance Journal is a biannual magazine.
How soon will I receive my order?Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout. Orders are processed for fulfillment on Thursdays and typically shipped within 24 hours.
All magazines will be shipped Priority Airmail. Both domestic and international orders can be expected to arrive within 1-2 weeks of their ship date.
Please note that while we are based in New York City, the magazines are fulfilled and shipped from Europe. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer tracking for individual shipments at the moment. If you have a question about your order please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I change my mailing address?To change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your Shopify order number, full name, the incorrect address, and the new address you would like the order shipped to. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address. If it has already shipped, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
What about customs and duties on international orders?Buyers are responsible to pay any customs taxes and/or duties incurred. We have no control over customs and duties, so please direct all questions regarding this matter to your customs department.
